WHAT WE DO

The basis of our workshops is the tree of life.  The tree of life is a symbol of a new start, but also a reminder of where you came from. To look ahead and move on, you have to first look back and understand what made you who you are (your behaviour pattern, coping mechanisms, limiting beliefs and core beliefs).  The roots of the tree represent where you came from and what you are made of; the trunk is what you have become; the branches are the choices you make and the directions you take; the unbloomed flowers are your aspirations and dreams, and the bloomed, your achievements.
Once we pinpoint which branches need trimming and which don’t, we can implement a self-sustaining system to make sure your tree can grow in the best possible way and bloom all of its flowers.
By identifying your behaviour pattern and understanding what limits you (limiting beliefs) and what makes you tick (true goals), we can tailor a plan to rewire you brain and reshape your life. We use the wheel of life, creative visualisation, affirmations and role-playing to make sure you can be your best self.

Revitalising Gillett Square
The revitalisation of Gillett Square will create a safe, welcoming hub at the heart of Dalston. By improving the space and supporting local culture, food, and enterprise, the project will celebrate the area’s diversity while providing families with a place to connect and thrive.

With a strong focus on food—from markets and street food to community-led projects—Gillett Square will become a vibrant destination where culture, cuisine, and community come together.

DALSTON ROUNDTABLE PROJECT

We aim to engage children and teenagers in a series of workshops across Gillett Square and nearby playgrounds, with the square as the central hub. These activities will nurture physical health, creativity, and personal development while offering safe, positive outlets for young people.

Alongside youth workshops, the project will celebrate Dalston’s diversity through food. Local food markets, street food, and community-led food initiatives will create opportunities for families to connect, learn, and share cultural traditions.

By combining youth development with food and culture, this initiative will strengthen community ties, reduce anti-social behaviour, and help transform Gillett Square into a vibrant, safe, and family-friendly destination.

Family Fun Day

The aim of this event is to draw Dalston’s intergenerational, multi-cultural communities together in a way that both breaks down barriers and provides scope for the community to learn more about each other and the local services, networks, and organisations.

Boxing Session

The aim of the boxing sessions is to create a space where participants can release their frustration in a positive and safe environment . Besides having physical benefits , boxing increases the production and release of endorphins, which improves happiness. All of our trainers are qualified and have experience in coaching and helping participants identify and channel their stress and unwanted emotions in order to function more healthily and lead a more proactive life. We offer sessions for mothers alone or mothers and children.

you are strong and powerful to create your own reality and challenge the stereotypes and barriers imposed by society.
